Our client is revolutionizing on-demand delivery across the United States and together we are seeking a Product Manager to join the team and help shape the future of last-mile operations and driver experience. As a key member of their product management group, you will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize features that drive business goals and enhance user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our users—including consumers, merchants, and operators—to identify pain points and deliver impactful solutions.
Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback, conduct market research, customer interviews, usability tests, and UAT to validate product direction.
Partner with senior management to define and execute the product roadmap, collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, engineering, UX, analytics, legal, and compliance teams.
Work closely with engineering to ensure timely and accurate product releases.
Propose creative strategies to expand the product offering and track usage metrics to measure impact on end users.
Create and review product requirement documents, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed feature specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management and UX.
Hands-on experience managing tech platforms with knowledge of Microservice architecture, APIs, and SQL.
At least 2 years’ experience leading product teams or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to foster trust and excitement within teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience
Quick learner with adaptability in fast-paced environments
Technical proficiency in Microservice architecture, APIs, SQL
