JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client seeksĀ Mid-to-Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our enterprise merchandising platforms. This role requires expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog for maximum value.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate enterprise software solutions, including APIs and third-party services.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance based on data-driven insights.
- Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise merchandising technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of product management experience in enterprise software and retail technology.
- Strong understanding of Agile development and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Proven track record of launching and managing software products.
- Technical acumen with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
