JOB DESCRIPTION
The Event Coordinator will support the planning, coordinating, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, internal meetings, and client-facing experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who brings energy and precision to every stage of event execution.
This position will require international travel and being in the office five days a week. This is a 8-month W2 contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including conferences, summits, internal meetings, brand activations, and client hospitality experiences.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, travel, accommodations, audiovisual, and shipping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Comms, Sales, Procurement, etc.) to ensure brand and message alignment.
- Support pre-event planning, including timelines, budgets, production schedules, and run-of-show documents.
- Manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and post-event surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable areas
- 2-3 years of event coordination experience within a professional setting
- CVENT and SharePoint software are required
