Our client has an immediate need for a technical product manager. This person will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure all product activities and development processes are on track. They will identify, scope, and design product strategy and user experiences that facilitate company goals, while collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, UX, analytics, accounting, legal, compliance, and engineering to implement and deliver application features that enable and enhance driver experience, optimize last mile operations, and improve the delivery experience. This role will report to the General Manager.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding and empathy for users (consumers, merchants, and operators) to identify and solve problems.
Conduct and analyze stakeholder feedback, market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure correct solutions are being designed.
Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Partner with senior management to create and execute the product roadmap across multiple functions.
Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision, suggesting ways to track product use and impact on end users.
Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes, and write specifications for new features and changes.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 6 years of product management and UX experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading product teams.
Proven track record as a team lead working with cross-functional disciplines to identify, scope, and execute critical projects.
Strong analytical ability and experience making data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Hands-on, proactive approach that builds trust and motivates teams.
Experience in Technical Product Management or Accounting and Settlement is preferred.
