JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Type: Contract; benefits eligible
Location: Remote but candidates must be based in the Greater LA region
Pay rate: $50 per hour


Our large nonprofit client is looking for a talent executive manager to join their team on a long-term W2 contract.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with editors and writers on content development, including identifying and pre-interviewing candidates for special features
  • Secure talent for celebrity spotlights and coordinate with publicists
  • Assist the film and TV critic with talent and producer lists for upcoming stories
  • Track and distribute an Upcoming Movies List to internal teams
  • Manage theater bookings and logistics for special events
  • Vet and recommend content for the screening program and facilitate studio outreach
  • Maintain relationships with studio and personal publicists
  • Assist the Photo Department with TV and film images for Watch Pages

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience identifying talent for movies, TV shows, or special features
  • Experience working with personal and studio publicists for TV and film
  • Ability to travel for events as needed
