Supplier Support Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are working alongside a well known retailer in Irving, TX and together we are seeking a Supplier Support Analyst. You will support on-boarding new vendors and/or new stores associated with acquisitions, store back-office system transitions, organic new stores, and/or new product line launches.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as project lead and aligns cross functionally on responsibilities by team and targeted "go live" date of new vendors/new stores.
• Owns project from inception to "go live".
• Works with vendors to obtain required information for set up across departments and systems (Accounting, Merchandising, IT)
• Ensures new vendor is set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortment
• Collects, reviews, and submits required internal forms for processing across systems
• Ability to pull data, compare and find patterns within data to make meaningful decisions

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong excel skills - formulas, pivot tables
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
