Senior Product Manager – Delivery Platform

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are on a mission to bring on-demand delivery to cities and towns throughout the United States. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure all product activities and development processes are on track. You will identify, scope, and design product strategy and user experiences that drive company goals. This role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, operations, UX, analytics, legal, compliance, and engineering to deliver features that enhance the driver experience, optimize last-mile operations, and elevate the overall delivery experience. The position reports to a Senior Manager of Product.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding and empathy for users (consumers, merchants, and operators) to identify and solve meaningful problems.

• Conduct and analyze feedback from stakeholders, market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure solutions meet user needs.

• Partner with senior leadership to create and execute the product roadmap, working across multiple functions.

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure products and releases are launched accurately and on schedule.

• Provide creative recommendations to expand product offerings, track performance, and improve user impact.

• Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications for new features and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of product management and UX experience.

• Hands-on experience managing tech platforms, with a strong foundation in microservices architecture, APIs, and SQL.

• 2+ years of experience leading product teams.

• Proven track record of working across disciplines to identify, scope, and execute critical projects.

• Strong analytical skills with experience making data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• A proactive problem-solver who builds trust and inspires excitement about challenges and solutions.
• Technical foundation in microservices architecture, APIs, and SQL
