Our mid-sized, up-and-coming technology client is seeking a senior marketing manager of marketing operations & analytics to help architect the marketing technology stack, demand operations, data management strategy, and marketing analytic function. The senior manager will implement the marketing technology stack from the ground up and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the performance of the go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate has a solid business sense, balanced with strong system technical aptitude and quantitative mindset. This person will play a key role in the success of our marketing programs, processes and should be very comfortable in leveraging marketing automation technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, deploy and manage marketing CRM platform and data strategy to address current needs and help scale future marketing plans
  • Enhance marketing operations to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, and implementation
  • Optimize website traffic conversions, landing pages, and calls-to-action, and support the build of targeted nurture programs for prospects and engagement
  • Support the technical aspects of marketing database strategies and execution in relation to database growth, segmentation, data cleanliness, and completeness
  • Coordinates with team members in the creation and management of marketing campaign processes and consult on aspects of both developers, customers, and prospects buying journeys
  • Monitor KPIs and regularly report on the success of marketing campaigns to the SVP of Marketing, C-Level, and other internal stakeholders
  • Proactively manage all email marketing IP addresses to ensure a strong sender reputation, including monitoring and maintaining excellent email deliverability scores
  • Oversee all data synchronizations between marketing automation platforms and other business systems to ensure data integrity

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of marketing automation or operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or other applicable areas
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, and reporting tools
  • Proven and successful experience and expertise in CRM solutions and marketing automation, and also expertise in lead scoring, ROI, leading volume trends, forecasting, and SaaS experience
  • Strong project management skills and expertise designing and implementing process improvements
  • Organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Passion for working with technology products and solving consumer needs
  • FinTech experience is a plus
