JOB DESCRIPTION

McKinley Marketing Partner's client is looking for a recruiter to join their team for a 4-month W2 contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting (specifically with supply chain and IT roles), excellent communication skills, and experience with Workday.

This is a 4-month W2 contract. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package. This position can be fully remote. Candidates who are in Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other IT roles
• Candidate management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Database management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
• Workday utilization: Utilize Workday for managing recruitment processes
• Market research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment best practices

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience
• Language skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements
• Preferred: Experience with Workday or similar HRIS system
