Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of innovative mobile solutions in the on-demand delivery sector. This role focuses on creating seamless and user-centric applications that empower drivers and merchants, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the platform.

Length of contract: 6 months with potential to extend
Location: Onsite, 5 days/week in Irving, TX
Hourly Rate: $45-55/hr

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives to deliver scalable mobile solutions.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and market trends to drive product innovation tailored to diverse user needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, operations, UX, analytics, legal, compliance, and engineering to ensure successful product delivery.
• Guide technical development by working closely with engineering teams on iOS and Android platforms to maintain high-quality releases.
• Leverage data analytics using tools like PowerBI and SQL to monitor product performance and inform enhancements.
• Create detailed documentation including product requirement documents, wireframes, and prototypes; communicate progress and priorities effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of product management experience with a strong understanding of user        experience principles.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading product teams or projects
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver in high-impact environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
• Experience working with delivery service providers or logistics platforms is highly desirable.
