JOB DESCRIPTION

McKinley Marketing Partner's client is seeking a photo editor to help their team with a high-profile event. This event will take place in Washington D.C. on December 4th and 5th.

The event will last 10-12 hours on December 4th and December 5th. They may need help on post-production day which would be December 6th. Candidates must be able to attend the event in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities

• Collecting Photos: Gather images from multiple photographers throughout the event
• Selecting Images: Review and select the best photos that capture the essence of the event
• Drafting Captions: Write engaging and accurate captions for the selected images
• Posting Photos: Upload the final images and captions to a designated share site that we will provide

Requirements

• Experience in photo editing and content curation
• Familiarity with journalism principles is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in photo editing software and content management systems
