Our consulting services client is looking for a strategic leader and project manager who can provide strategic thinking, planning, and execution of best-in-class marketing motions. This role will be responsible for managing clients, overseeing timelines, and navigating all project work. This is a full-time, remote direct hire position. 

 Responsibilities

  • Be the point-of-contact for clients
  • Lead weekly status calls with clients to provide updates on engagement
  • Ensure success of deliverables
  • Oversee deliverable development to ensure it meets clients’ strategic objects and goals
  • Uncover opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Oversee client engagement from kick-off through completion
  • Ensure all timelines are being met and that updates are shared with clients
  • Oversee team members staffed on engagements you are leading and delegate responsibilities 
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Develop foundational sales and marketing assets designed to help clients fuel the success of their teams
  • Develop research-driven go-to-market plans
  • Provide strategic recommendations on how to approach market and position solution
  • Develop research-driven messaging frameworks to help clients best position their products in the market
  • Develop research-driven sales pitch decks to help B2B sales teams more effectively ‘pitch’ their solutions and convert sales

Requirements

  • Consulting or agency experience, preferably five years or more
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA is preferred
  • Expertise in the functional areas of marketing and sales
  • Experience in tech, health care, financial services, insurance, business services, or media
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • An aptitude for teamwork and leadership
  • A track record of managing multiple detailed projects and project elements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong client presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership drive
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
