JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, based in northern Virginia, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team for a 3-month contract. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and creative deliverables. This role ensures that external creative concepts are adapted and carried through consistently across all channels (digital, print, and social) while also supporting tactical execution in advertising, web, email, and marketing operations. The Marketing Manager partners closely with the Communications Manager to pair compelling messages with strong visuals that foster engagement among members, corporate partners, and the broader community.
Responsibilites
- Serves as the point of contact for corporate ad sales execution, ensuring ads and corporate marketing efforts are tracked, implemented, tested, and optimized.
- Partners with sales representatives and vendors to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality advertising placements while fulfilling sponsor needs related to website support and tracking.
- Collaborates with the Director, Marketing Operations and Growth on digital reporting to ensure all campaigns, corporate advertising, and sponsored projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Works closely with internal teams to translate organizational KPIs into actionable deliverables.
- Coordinates with the Manager, Communications and Community to ensure visual and narrative consistency across all campaigns, journals, and program communications.
- Contributes to cross-functional initiatives that build brand visibility and engagement among members and customers.
- Adapts and resizes creative assets for use across web, email, social media, and print.
- Supports content, website, and advertising needs.
- Assists in creating visual templates for business unit support and sales enablement.
- Manages Adobe files, version control, and ensures all creative is consistent with brand standards.
- Serves as the internal point of contact for visual deliverables, ensuring outsourced creative concepts are implemented effectively across platforms.
- Develops visuals and multimedia content (social graphics, short-form video, podcasts, blogs) to enhance community engagement for the organization and its family of brands, programs, or initiatives.
- Supports organic social and targeted email marketing strategies that complement paid campaigns.
- Assists in creating custom landing pages and optimizing web content in Drupal and HubSpot to increase engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, UX, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in marketing operations, a digital agency, or a health care environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Tag Manager, social media ad platforms, SEM, and Google Display.
- Experience with CMS (Drupal), HubSpot, Google Analytics, and digital marketing/email platforms.
- Proven experience with advertising operations and coordinating with sales/partners.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form content creation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
