JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a Campaign Manager to play a pivotal role in their Marketing team. As a Freelance Contractor on the Campaign Program Management team, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- Creating and managing detailed project plans using our project management tools to ensure timely delivery.
- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of brand guidelines and the competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
- Establishing and standardizing campaign management processes to maintain consistency across all marketing efforts while advocating for client's marketing protocols with stakeholders.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to drive marketing tactics from initial concepts through implementation and performance assessment, ensuring effective communication throughout.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Leveraging data and analytics to refine the creative implementation process for campaigns.
- Maintaining project timelines, budgets, billing records, and asset trackers meticulously.
- Providing updates on project status, identifying potential issues and risks to Campaign Program Management Leadership and partners.
- Assisting Leadership in pinpointing opportunities and crafting contingency plans for projects.
- Leading post-campaign reviews to extract insights that will inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Project Management.
- At least 5 years managing integrated plans or campaigns successfully.
- A proven track record of handling detailed project plans and timelines with multiple dependencies alongside creative teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and adapting messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience working within a complex, matrixed organization.
