Develop and execute marketing communication plans that support brand awareness, product launches, and organizational initiatives
Create clear and compelling content for email campaigns, websites, social media, internal communications, and promotional materials
Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, creative, product, social, and PR to ensure messaging alignment
Assist in managing editorial calendars, campaign timelines, content workflows, and approvals
Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to guide optimizations and future strategy
Ensure all communications adhere to brand voice, style guidelines, and industry best practices
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (agencies, freelancers, printers, etc.) as needed
3–6 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a similar marketing role
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a portfolio or writing samples to showcase your work
Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar platforms
Familiarity with SEO basics, email best practices, and content performance metrics
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced, cross-functional environments
