IT Implementation Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our large nonprofit client is looking for an IT implementation specialist to join their team on a long-term (18+ month) contract.

This is a long-term (18+ months) W2 contract. This position can be fully remote. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the classification of 7,000+ existing ADP accounts in Salesforce
• Responsible for being the sole account creator for Ad Policies
• Participation in DSM/AMS Account Integration Project Meetings
• Salesforce clean-up and maintenance to include merging of accounts, deleting duplicates, fixing errors, and submitting tickets to the ARC team
• Review of the DSM Salesforce accounts, adding those that need to be added to the DSM Approved list
• Any additional tasks assigned by you or Mireya

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Experience in cleaning up and maintaining data in Salesforce
