Are you looking for a four-month opportunity in Georgetown? Our client is looking for an interim marketing manager

to join their team from October to February. The interim marketing manager will create and execute marketing campaigns through several channels to support product launches.   


  • Designing and implementing new sales and marketing programs to reach acquisition targets
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
  • Setting objectives, establishing/tracking metrics, and interpreting results in order to efficiently acquire new customers
  • Overseeing the training and management of an internal direct sales force
  • Managing budgets and taking appropriate action based on program results or any other identified trends or issues
  • Identify and obtain stakeholder buy in and successfully implement programs aligned with the organization’s vision and departmental goals
  • Developing scripts, incentive programs and sales compensation structures for direct sales vendors and representatives
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to institute and uphold training and sales improvement processes
  • Creating marketing materials which meet all organization standards
  • Understanding and conducting competitive analysis of the energy market
  • Developing strong, productive relationships with coworkers and vendors


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in a sales or marketing role with experience in direct sales and vendor management
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing, sales, and communication plans that have generated results while building/enhancing brand image
  • Knowledge of events and trends that affect purchase attitudes, needs, behaviors and brand relationships
  • Experience developing positive and productive vendor relationships
  • Experience executing, producing, measuring and improving marketing programs
  • Excellent presentation as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to think strategically and creatively
