JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Type: Freelance / Contract

Location: Dallas, TX area

We’re seeking freelance videographers capable of delivering high-quality video content in fast-paced, on-location settings. Ideal partners are nimble, creative, and professional — able to adapt quickly to changing environments and work seamlessly with talent, including high-profile individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute in-store and on-location video shoots with small, efficient crews
• Capture high-quality video content while maintaining a “run-and-gun” flexibility
• Work collaboratively with creative leads to bring concepts to life with minimal setup time
• Maintain professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when working with talent and clients
• Ensure production quality meets brand and technical standards even under tight timelines
• Participate in test shoots to assess workflow, adaptability, and professionalism on set

Requirements

• Experience producing and shooting video content in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Ability to work with a small, reliable production crew (or ability to operate as a one-person setup when needed)
• Proficiency with professional video equipment, lighting, and audio
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical production constraints
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and on-set professionalism
• Proven ability to “read the room” and adjust approach based on talent and setting
