McKinley Marketing Partners’ large non-profit client is seeking an employee relations advisor for a three-month project opportunity located in Washington, DC.

Position Overview

  • Provide HR solutions which support and contribute to the achievement of corporate strategic and tactical goals
  • Actively participate in the planning and roll-out of HR initiatives such as competency model development, performance management design, compensation and quarterly bonus planning
  • Employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, performance management, succession planning and other progressive HR programs and projects
  • Responsible for defining and directing execution of annual strategic HR plans
  • Act as change agent to drive organizational transformation
  • Ensuring leaders have HR support needed to meet annual objectives
  • Drive results against key performance indicators;
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence to meet critical employee relations, compensation and staffing needs
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources with an emphasis in employee relations
