McKinley Marketing Partners’ Westchester based non-profit client is looking for a Digital Web Manager to lead a refresh of the client’s website. The Digital Web Manager will lead and partner with a cross-functional team of web and content stakeholders on developing the full web production lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the full web production lifecycle, including scoping out content requirements, production, testing and ongoing management/refinement of new product releases
  • Implement content across multiple applications to support digital strategy, initiatives, projects and activities keeping all digital content accurate, timely and relevant
  • Manage inventory and library of digital content across platforms and channels
  • Create landing pages to capture, organize, and manage leads and maintain monthly content and promotional calendar
  • Track, run reports, and analyze web data for content performance via Google Analytics
  • Work in partnership with Information Technology staff to ensure site security and optimal performance
  • Proactive management of volunteer and staff web content needs and follow up related to tasks and timelines, face to face meetings, monthly conference calls and onsite sessions
  • Perform continual website maintenance, troubleshoot the website including content, links, order flows, registration flows, and transaction logs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in web development and content management/development
  • Prior experience or emphasis in project management and/or relationship management to include multiple constituencies and staff
  • Understanding of website structure and web design/UX trends and best practices
  • Understanding of HTML for website development, writing and editing a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of effective design techniques and standards with a keen eye for typography, imagery, and layout
  • Experience with SEO, affiliate programs, retargeting Google advertising, Facebook advertising and other networks
