Are you an energetic, project management expert who enjoys a challenge? Our large DC nonprofit client is seeking an experienced Digital Program/Project Manager to join their team for a long-term contract (12 months+). This person must be a spirited individual with a strategic approach who brings team members together to make things happen and achieve results.


  • See the big picture and effectively anticipate and resolve issues
  • Be a hub of knowledge for the project portfolio and be able to articulate how various projects will support achievement of goals
  • Understand the business s/he supports, show strategic insight into the larger ecosystem of products and services the business supports, and demonstrate subject matter expertise
  • Manage a broad and complex program of technical and project work, connecting work across team members and other departments to drive execution
  • Effectively communicate how the project portfolio supports the business strategy
  • Manage projects from inception to timely and successful completion
  • Determine scope, project definition, and project schedule
  • Seamlessly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Create project plans and maintain up-to-date tracking, including dependencies, risks, opportunities, and test plans
  • Create useful roadmaps and reports for the team, management, and executive levels
  • Make recommendations supported by evidence


  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable areas of study
  • 8-10+ years of project management experience, PMP preferred
  • Experience integrating with an enterprise CMS for a large, publicy facing website; Adobe Engagement Manager CMS preferred
  • Experience working with O-Auth identity management platform preferred; other identity management platform experiences will be considered
  • Experience managing SSO set-up and integration
  • Must be comfortable in front of an audience of peers and/or senior staff
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • A strong leader and collaborator within the team, as well as with other teams
  • Must be an energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including strong presentation skills
