Digital Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a leader in the convenience retail industry, as a Digital Product Manager on their Back Office team. Our client is on a mission to transform the store experience and enhance profitability through innovative product strategies. In this role, you will leverage your skills to develop, launch, and refine products that resonate with both our store teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Gain deep insights into store operations to identify opportunities for improvement and problem-solving.
• Conduct thorough market research and gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to guarantee timely and effective product launches.
• Propose creative enhancements to our product offerings while establishing metrics to assess user engagement and impact.
• Create comprehensive product requirement documents, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and updates.
• Develop a structured learning plan to evaluate feature performance and success.
• Utilize strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to foster collaboration and trust within teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years in a product or business analyst role
• Must reside or live a commutable distance to Irving, TX
