Our healthcare client is hiring a manager for digital marketing! This is a new role and is part of some amazing changes and growth within the organization. The digital marketing manager is responsible for leading all digital marketing efforts. You will develop and execute the digital marketing strategy: including website strategy, online campaigns, and online engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, processes, and workflows
  • Act as the strategic consultant for the marketing and sales team on digital marketing
  • Develop, manage and monitor digital marketing budgets
  • Work with social media and email teams to ensure coordination of strategies and a cohesive customer experience across digital channels
  • Oversee reporting and monitor and improve digital marketing performance
  • UX optimization, including landing page optimization
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies that can support strategies
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Create email marketing campaigns to promote products and services
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for digital engagement using journeys and marketing automation
  • Develop strategies to target and personalize emails based on behavior and customer profiles
  • Develop A/B and multivariate tests and apply learnings by developing new best practices
  • Develop strategies to build and grow digital communities
  • Act as a team lead on a cross-departmental digital marketing team
  • Help develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
  • Day-to-day coaching helps the team improve their sales skills and move opportunities forward
  • Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
  • Develop and manage best practices for digital marketing
  • Use data/results to inform recommendations for changes in the marketing program.
  • Measure and analyze web traffic usage. Make recommendations for improvement and implement those recommendations
  • Implement new ways of tracking and analyzing results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable areas
  • 5+ years marketing experience, 3 years in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Experience with HTML and WordPress, Google Analytics
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with a CRM. Salesforce experience preferred
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively
  • This position may require some travel
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
