JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a healthcare science advocacy organization, is seeking Customer Success Associates who will be responsible for providing effective and efficient customer service for all attendees to the 2025 International Convention by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of clients' products, services, and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the organization and within the registration & customer care department.

In general, we are looking for people with positive and proven customer service experience, strong writing skills, proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry, and a collaborative self-starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and engagement with our offerings.
  • Provide onboarding and training to new clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize our resources effectively.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services and offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive product improvements.
  • Track client progress and success metrics, providing regular reports to management on client satisfaction and engagement levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer success, preferably in the biotechnology or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for biotechnology and a desire to help clients succeed.
