JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a looking for a Creative Project Manager. This is an ongoing contract, 40 hours/wk located in Sandy Springs, working a hybrid schedule with 3 days/wk onsite. MUST be able to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and be able to manage up as well as against myriad projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective asset organization, including file-naming structure, taxonomy, and metadata/tagging system
  • Set up collections and landing pages
  • Manage and edit Brand Guidelines and the Brand Center
  • Oversee platform administration – users, roles, and asset groups
  • Train the marketing and communications network on platform use (quarterly)
  • Act as the primary liaison with the vendor to address any issues
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple creative projects and campaigns
  • Distribute assignments to creative teams based on roles, responsibilities, workload, skill sets, and deadlines
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal customers and the creative team
  • Develop and maintain a design concept deck, updating information based on meetings and assets developed
  • Facilitate communication between the creative team and internal customers to maintain project momentum
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing roadblocks before they impact deadlines
  • Review all deliverables prior to customer submission, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with goals
  • Maintain an up-to-date schedule of all active and upcoming projects, tracking progress
  • Manage project workflows using Monday.com to streamline communications, files, and approvals 
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned
