We are seeking Creative and Marketing Project Managers in the Greater Houston area to join our pipeline of professionals supporting organizations that will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and creative initiatives. Candidates should have experience overseeing timelines, resources, communication, and workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for creative and marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, brand assets, social media content, email marketing, video/photo projects, and other marketing deliverables
Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and track milestones to ensure timely execution
Serve as the central point of communication between creative teams, marketing stakeholders, external vendors, and leadership
Gather project requirements and convert them into clear briefs, timelines, and actionable plans
Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and reviews to align teams on goals and deliverables
Ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
Identify potential risks, resource gaps, and workflow challenges, and propose solutions proactively
Manage revisions, feedback cycles, and approvals through tools such as Asana, Wrike, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Track project budgets, vendor costs, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery
Support process improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration
3–5+ years of project management experience within creative, marketing, advertising, or agency environments
Strong understanding of creative processes (design, copywriting, video/photo production, digital marketing, etc.)
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, content creators, and cross-functional teams
Understanding of digital channels (social, email, web, paid media) and creative workflows
PMP, Agile, Scrum certification, or agency experience is a plus but not required
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or basic design knowledge to support creative conversations
Experience with reporting, analytics dashboards, or campaign performance metrics
Comfort working in hybrid and fast-paced environments common to Houston’s marketing, energy, tech, and creative industries
