JOB DESCRIPTION

Our retail client based in Irving is looking for a B2B Enterprise Merchandising Product Manager who will focus on developing, enhancing, and executing enterprise merchandising software platforms. You will be able to several your skills in product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.

This W2 contract will require 5 days onsite in Irving, Texas. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record working with enterprise-level software solutions, including those involving intricate integrations and advanced features
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and meets customer needs
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through development, launch, and ongoing iteration
  • Expertise in prioritizing features and projects based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Proficient in managing and grooming the product backlog, making informed prioritization decisions to maximize value delivery
  • Familiarity with integrating enterprise software solutions, including APIs and third-party services
  • Experience working directly with users and customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and ensure the product meets their expectations
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in enterprise retail, and B2B platform ecosystems
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in product management roles, preferably with a focus on enterprise software solutions and merchandising retail technology
  • Experience in designing user-centric product experiences
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
