The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for elevating and modernizing customer, store, and franchisee-facing experiences. This role partners closely with software and data teams to define product requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and identify key performance indicators. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about user experience, and experienced in building impactful, meaningful digital products.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of personalization capabilities using AI/ML models and intelligent customer segments to deliver context-aware, adaptive user experiences.
Define and execute product strategies that connect enterprise data with AI to drive real-time decisioning, dynamic content generation, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build scalable, secure, and intuitive platforms that support personalization across the digital ecosystem.
Partner with ML teams to operationalize models for use cases such as customer intent prediction, dynamic content delivery, and intelligent automation.
Champion responsible AI practices, embedding transparency, privacy, and trust into all personalization initiatives.
Use experimentation and analytics to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize personalization strategies.
Translate business goals and end-user needs into product direction—communicating priorities to data engineers and developers, and managing the product backlog to create new capabilities.
Drive initiatives to deliver comprehensive, user-friendly, actionable reporting for CRM and Retail Media Network products.
Oversee and support the implementation of MarTech data needs across CRM, personalization, and retail media.
Communicate vision, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders, adjacent product teams, and executive sponsors.
Qualifications:
4+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on data platforms, personalization, or AI/ML.
Demonstrated success delivering data-driven products that blend innovation with operational excellence.
Strong understanding of ML models and their application within real-world product ecosystems.
Proven communication and collaboration skills with experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
A passion for solving end-user problems with efficiency and impact.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics) or a Master’s degree/MBA with a quantitative focus.
