JOB DESCRIPTION
Our nonprofit client is seeking an Adobe Solutions Architect & Implementation Consultant to guide enterprise marketing technology initiatives while executing critical implementation and testing tasks. This role requires a professional who can think strategically about system design and governance, while also delivering hands-on configuration, testing, and optimization of Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject-matter expert across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, including Analytics, Launch, Audience Manager, and Target.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications and long-term roadmaps.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise data and marketing needs.
- Develop, manage, and execute a testing roadmap to validate deployments and ensure ongoing performance.
- Build and maintain data segments, dimensions, and metrics to support product, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Monitor data collection, governance, and system onboarding for new business units.
- Provide insight and recommendations to optimize analytics design and influence strategic direction.
- Deliver training and documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption across teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Proven ability to work across enterprise architecture and hands-on implementation.
- Experience with API configurations and web application integrations.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
