JOB DESCRIPTION
McKinley Marketing Partners is working alongside a well known health care organization. We are seeking a Accounts Payable Associate to review ACH payment forms. This is a 6+ month contract, fully remote. Training will be onsite in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Review completed ACH payment forms to ensure all information is provided
- Contact Inova depts to get supplier contact information
- Contact Suppliers to verify their banking information is accurate.
- Communicate findings with AP Business Systems Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail is a must
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- Meet time sensitive deadlines
