Our McLean, VA client is looking for a Strategic Account Manager, like you, to deliver exceptional value to their clients. The Strategic Account Manager will research and provide effective strategies for their client account. This role will be equal parts customer service and analysis.
- Lead one of our client accounts, working with strategic marketing and sales professionals
- Ensure continued funding through the analysis of client results and impact
- Create raving fans within your client account
- Establish credibility within your account and develop collaborative relationships with the program managers
- Engage with program users on a daily basis over the phone to increase the effect of your program
- Directly impact the sales and marketing efficiency of some of the leading companies in the world
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable area of study
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Account Management experience with enterprise level clients
- A rare and unique blend of analytical skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and passion for creating and implementing strategies that grow the client account
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-achieving environment
- Experience working in a client-facing role
- Microsoft Office experience including advanced Excel skills
