McKinley Marketing Partners’ Washington D.C. area client is seeking a proven sales executive to lead their team. The SVP of Marketing Sales will create new market opportunities as well as maintain and grow current relationships. The right candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of market penetration and growth.
- Collaborate with other strategic resources to develop print, digital marketing, and social media and multiple touch campaigns
- Recruit, train, and mentor members of the sales team through strategic planning, business development, and account management
- Coordinate closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Drive new client growth while developing effective communication services to current clients
- Maintain and evaluate sales compensation and sales incentive programs
- Maintain knowledge on industry and market trends
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strategic approach to the sales process including lead generation, customer relationship management, and market development
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
