McKinley Marketing Partners' large financial services client is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist for a 4-6 month contract. This would be full-time onsite at their Owings Mills location and would be working under the Brand and Corporate Communications team.
- Collaborate with several stakeholders and interface with various departments, internal leaders, and vendors who supply content
- Submit content materials for legal review approval for the client’s corporate site and publish legally approved content into their CMS (AEM), including quarterly and ad hoc updates
- Retain content materials per FINRA guidelines
- Compile performance data and testing results
- Proofread and edit legal based content to ensure all communication materials are in compliance, meet regulatory standards, and are quality checked before sending out to market
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other applicable areas of study
- 2-5 years of content marketing experience
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager
- Must be able to clearly articulate point of view and have intellectual curiosity
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
