Location: Alexandria, Virginia

McKinley Marketing Partners’ Alexandria based construction client is seeking a contract-to-hire Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the CMO and manage the marketing automation system, administer the corporate website, provide graphic design support, assist in content development, and execute marketing campaigns and tactics containing key messages and calls-to-action.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner and contact for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions marketing automation platform
  • Build, execute, test, segment, and measure campaigns in the marketing automation systems
  • Manage data quality ensuring that contact data and marketing lists are clean and accurate
  • Oversee all aspects of email marketing including: list development, optimization/testing, measurement, reporting and deliverability
  • Administer the corporate website and affiliated microsites
  • Assist with SEO optimization via management of SEO consultant
  • Create and test landing pages and associated web forms
  • Manage hosting platform vendors, domain registration, and renewals
  • Manage digital advertising programs to develop brand awareness and generate demand using AdWords, re-targeting, SEO, social media, display and content marketing platforms
  • Establish digital marketing reporting requirements and dashboards
  • Make recommendations for strategy, infrastructure and programmatic investments
  • Assist in graphic design for print ads and digital content

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years’ of digital marketing experience (B2B preferred)
  • Numbers-driven approach to marketing, focused on metrics and results
  • Adept at gathering and interpreting data across various digital channels
  • Experience with Google Analytics, MOZ platforms, Hootsuite and other common marketing technology platforms
  • Experience with search engine optimization, search engine marketing
  • Comfort with marketing automation systems and CRM experience
  • Basic fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic HTML & CSS knowledge and familiarity with managing website content management systems (WordPress)
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation of data and information (writing samples will be required)
