Are you a savvy digital marketer looking for a great opportunity with a world-leading hospitality company/ Then we have an excellent opportunity for you.  Specifically, our Dallas-area client is looking for a contract (five months) Digital Marketing Manager to work in partnership with specific departments, agencies, and digital media leadership to determine and recommend appropriate funding levels and performance targets for online programmatic, display advertising, search, and other online efforts. 


  • Creating, executing, and analyzing strategies and directions for all digital media channels
  • Managing budget for  for 30+ media campaigns
  • Strategize a day-to-day marketing approach that will include DSP, DMP, DCO, Ad Serving, Ad Exchanges, and Tag Management platforms, as well as other partner selection, activation, and evaluation
  • Planning and negotiating media plans for identified business opportunities for destination marketing including display, travel search integration, deals distribution, and behavioral targeting
  • Executing and analyzing strategic planning and coordination of digital media to advance company goals, while supporting communication plans of key messages to internal and external stakeholders
  • Helping manage the cross-functional lines and priorities between digital media activities including search, online display advertising production and direct response marketing
  • Implementing and analyzing the measurement of generation, working with the analytics team (when applicable), to ensure effectiveness, usage, and awareness
  • Managing the development and administration of digital media activities including online display production, BT, retargeting, and direct response marketing
  • Managing effective partnerships with outside vendors, internal constituents, and other departments
  • Ensuring that digital media activities deliver targeted ROI
  • Assessing actual performance against standards to determine whether the campaign is on target to reach its goals and taking corrective actions as necessary
  • Evaluating web analytics works within targeted markets
  • Reviewing and making appropriate adjustments in activities and expenses throughout the year to ensure campaign results


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or other applicable areas
  • Five years minimum working in Digital Media and Marketing
  • Knowledge of web and eCommerce applications, conversion metrics, landing page testing and direct marketing principles
  • Knowledge of DFA (Doubleclick)
  • Knowledge of Media Platforms (DMP, DSP, DCO)
  • Understanding of principles and practical application of digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and set strategy for digital media and optimization activities
