McKinley Marketing Partners’ large non-profit client in D.C. is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to join their team for a long-term contract. The Senior Digital Analyst will lead a variety of initiatives, including performance analysis for the client’s executive leadership team and other stakeholders of web data, development of measurement strategies, and tactics that align with business objectives, and data collection, and validation across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate core insights from the data to provide recommendations that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience and increase performance against KPIs
  • Create digital dashboards and performance analysis for presentation to management and various business units
  • Provide analysis to quantify the impact of marketing campaigns and other major initiatives
  • Provide recommendations to support the continual improvement of editorial, product, and technology efforts based on quantified data
  • Analyze mobile traffic for both the mobile site and apps, creating a mobile optimization roadmap based on evaluation of KPIs and other engagement measures
  • Provide a high level of expertise with data collection technologies and its implementation in a business context (i.e. Adobe SiteCatalyst, Data Warehouse, Report Builder, Target, Audience Manager)
  • Collaborate with external data partners, agencies, and vendors to assist with data collection, reporting, and campaign tagging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other applicable areas of study
  • 8+ years of business analysis experience
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and supporting often complex decision making processes is highly desired
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to own complex analysis projects
  • Demonstrated experience with both the implementation and use of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools. Current certification is highly preferred
  • Direct experience working with outside technology consultants, both in a strategic and tactical context, is desired
  • Direct experience in a media-focused environment is preferred, but reasonable experience in any vertical will be considered
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with senior management
  • Effective presentation skills, including PowerPoint and other data visualization techniques for communicating data and insights
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to interact easily with all levels of end-users and technical resources
