McKinley Marketing Partners’ financial services client in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Customer Acquisition Marketer to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity where the Customer Acquisition Marketer will be responsible for the ongoing support of Investor Marketing Acquisition programs including a focus on developing a new client pipeline through lead generation and nurturing, increasing new client counts and sales, and increasing consideration of the firm by targeted prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, develop, and implement new programs and offers targeted at investment-seeking prospects
  • Independently lead initiatives by defining the vision, developing the business case, aligning resources, and developing communication plans
  • Assist with lead idea generation, concept development, and execution of creative products, offers and campaigns to optimize the prospect experience
  • Develop targeted engagement strategies across channels designed to encourage engagement and action among prospective clients
  • Partner with other departments on messaging, campaign segmentation, new offers, media placements, content promotion, digital experience, and PR
  • Use data and program analytics to drive lead generation and new client counts and purchases
  • Scan environment and competitive landscape, monitor client and prospect trends, and incorporate voice of customer feedback from channel partners to identify gaps and opportunities for potential prospect engagements
  • Partner other members of the Individual Marketing team, Advertising, Marketing Services, and external agencies to enhance and package analytics to ensure key driver and outcome metrics are available to help understand program impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other applicable areas of study
  • 4+ years of experience in customer acquisition marketing
  • Proficient understand of multi-channel, integrated programs
  • Strong understanding of acquisition target audience needs and touch points to support the strategic direction set forth by the client
  • Experience in managing successful relationships with internal/external partners, clients, and vendors
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under time-sensitive deadlines
  • Proven ability to research, identify, interpret, and prioritize market needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
